Meet Gina Romero - Owner of Brown Bear Real Estate
REALTOR with the Northeast Washington Association of REALTORS®️ and member of the NWMLS.Gina purchased Brown Bear Real Estate in February of 2020. Gina was born and raised in King County, Washington, and moved to Kitsap County with her husband after they married. She served the greater Puget Sound Area as a real estate agent before moving to Republic in 2019 to start a farm with her family and to further her real estate career. Some of Gina’s hobbies when she isn’t showing and selling homes is Spending time with her kids in the great outdoors, gardening, beekeeping, reading, and hunting with her husband.
Meet Christie Romero!
REALTOR with the Northeast Washington Association of REALTORS®️ and member of the NWMLS. After raising her family and working as a loan officer and a volunteer in the Hispanic community, Christie became a real estate broker in 2018 and has served the Greater Puget Sound Area. She has recently started working in the Ferry County community as well. She is passionate about helping her clients find and attain their perfect real estate solutions! In her free time, Christie likes to crochet, bake, garden, read, and spend time with her many grandchildren.
Meet Tristan Romero!
REALTOR with the Northeast Washington Association of REALTORS®️ and member of the NWMLS. Tristan is an overachiever in all he sets out to accomplish. Tristan volunteers with the City Council in his free time and really enjoys helping out in community related activities. He is the Office Manager at Brown Bear Real Estate as well as Gina Romero's business partner and son. Whether he is hiking through remote vacant land, meeting and greeting locals that have become lifelong friends, or answering phones, Tristan always has a smile and is ready to help serve his client's real estate needs.
Meet Arleen Tolliver!
Arleen was born and raised in Ferry County and her roots run deep with family homesteads in the area. The Tollivers owned property close to the Canadian border by Laurier and the Eslick family farmed a 300 acre ranch above Orient. After graduating out of Civil Engineering Technology in Spokane, WA in 1981, Arleen was recruited by Valley Title Guarantee and began a career in the title industry that lasted over 37 years. And, many of you will know Arleen from Columbia Title & Escrow or from the Stevens County Assessor's office. Arleen absolutely loves living and working in Ferry County. Her knowledge of the title and escrow side of real estate will prove to be a real asset to her new clients at Brown Bear Real Estate.
Meet Jessica West!
REALTOR®️ and member of the NWMLS. Jessica was raised in Snohomish County and recently moved to Republic to flourish in country life with her husband and two young children. She is a wonderful agent! Jessica has been a Realtor since 2020 and is extremely dedicated to her clients and makes sure to always go above and beyond. In her free time, she volunteers at the Forget Me Not Animal Shelter, spends time exploring Ferry county with her kids, trying new foods, and hunting.
